There is a VA Outpatient Clinic in Manila, available to treat any veteran for any medical problem, regardless of disability rating. It is the only such facility outside the U.S. and its territories. The only hospitals outside Manila certified by the VA for inpatient care are the Angeles City University Hospital and the Subic Bay Legend Health and Medical Center (the old Naval Hospital on Cubi Point).
VA educational benefits are available. There are several VA certified colleges in the Philippines. Tuition and books cost about $100 per semester, for which you get the entire VA benefit based on number of dependents.
