URGENT 2006 U.S. ELECTIONS NOTICE
Federal Express is Offering Free Delivery of Ballots
U.S. citizens who wish to vote in the November 2006 mid-term elections have the option of mailing their ballots free of charge through Federal Express.
If you have already received your blank ballot from local election officials in the U.S., you may drop it off at designated FedEx points between October 16 and November 3, 2006 free of charge. The drop off locations and their associated phone numbers are listed below.
This program is available to all American Citizens in the Philippines who wish to vote. All FedEx requires is a valid ID and the ballot. P.O. boxes are acceptable as long as a recipient contact number is provided.
